For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered to or received by the customer, except when a product has a quality issue attributable to Salsa Amor LLC. The full value of an order will not be refundable when the customer has failed to follow the proper freezing, storage, and handling instructions for the food products delivered. Any issue or irregularity concerning delivered products must be reported to Salsa Amor LLC within 24 hours of delivery. Cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date and time. When an order has been paid for in full or in part in advance, any refund will be subject to the conditions applicable to the type of order and the time at which the cancellation is requested. When a refund is approved, it may be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase or another method available to Salsa Amor LLC at that time. The time it takes for a refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the financial institution or payment method provider.
