Salsa Amor was born from a story of courage, family unity, and a passion for good, traditional Venezuelan food. We are a Venezuelan family originally from Maracaibo, a city renowned for its rich culinary tradition, where flavors, spices, and the love with which food is cooked are part of everyday life. When we emigrated to the United States, we faced the challenge of starting over. Like many immigrant families, we had to reinvent ourselves, discover new opportunities, and turn our dreams into reality. So we decided to combine our talents and our passion for cooking to create a project that represents our roots and our values. In each recipe, we share the flavors that have been with us since childhood and the teachings of the women who shaped our lives. My grandmother and my mother always say that the most important ingredient in anything you do in life is a lot of love. That phrase is etched in our hearts and inspired the name of our business, Salsa Amor.

Today, every dish we serve reflects our history, our culture, and the hard work of a family who believed in a new beginning. Our greatest wish is that every Venezuelan customer feels at home and that people of all nationalities discover Venezuelan cuisine, enjoying an experience full of flavor, warmth, and dedication.
